Next up for #Mörktober is “The Cauldron” (Oct. 27th), a pit of broken bones and spilled blood located along one of Cy’s many rivers.
Once a shining civic feature of Cy, this public riverwalk and skate park has been overrun by street gangs peddling their wares and causing chaos. It is named after the perfectly circular bowl at the park's north end, where the gangs challenge each other to bloody duels on their boards. There are no rules, and the last punk left standing on four wheels wins. The cops have long given up on policing the park, which now exists in a total anarchy. No one enters without reason.
